Sarah Schüddekopf has been playing the saxophone in various places and styles since 1985.
While in Berlin free jazz and experimental theater music were in the foreground, in the Hildesheim area jazz and heavy metal sounds were the content of her music. In Hamburg she finally played in different formations, among others FreeJazzTrash with NO FRILLS, Scandinavian folklore, classical saxophone quartet and again and again in solo projects like SOOP saxophone sound sculptures with 2 loopstations. The latter also often in connection with readings or art exhibitions.
All in all it is about the creation of atmosphere, into which the listener can immerse himself. Complex arrangements alternate with free improvisations ... Listening stories ...
